  MISSION

To assist client organisations to transition from a culture of mass marketing to one of differentiated marketing through the intelligent exploitation of customer data to create the business strategies, information architectures, customer segmentation applications and business processes appropriate to the intelligent enterprise.

Customer Intelligence theory was still in its infancy when Sean Kelly first wrote Data Warehousing – the route to mass customisation in 1993 and he founded the international consulting firm that bears his name in 1995. Any consultancy engagement is only as valuable as the quality of the consultant who is engaged and at Sean Kelly & Associates our guiding principle is to recruit only experienced personnel who have senior corporate experience as well as proven consulting talent. Whether they are devising strategy, advising clients or developing and deploying systems our consultants bring their drive, knowledge, curiosity and experience to every situation.

The following five guiding values define the ethos of Sean Kelly & Associates:

Dual Competence: An equal knowledge of the technology and the business process.

Independence: Freedom from partnerships and alliances that cloud judgement.

Originality: In the vanguard of theoretical and practical innovations.

Experience: Real world knowledge of real world problems.

Specialisation: An exclusive focus on being the very best at what we do.
